– Movements should be straight and direct between cones. Avoid “rounding out” beyond edge of grid when changing direction.
– Lift inside leg when pushing off.
– Aim for quick reactions when after coach has issued instructions.
– Keep shoulders and vision turned slightly towards front of grid, even on backwards movements.
